Since Gene Chapman is running for President of the United States of America, Incorporated, I decided to give him his own ENM-style blog. Enjoy!

Yeah, guess he should have grabbed that url before I did. LOL

Hi. Just noticed you here. I guess you don't care much for the way I dress. Oh well. Take care!
Kent
Actually, I don't have a problem with the way you dress; why would I? You seem like a nice enough guy, from what I saw on your website, so I have no reason to make fun of you or your style of dress.
What I said (on Quatloos, not on this blog, for anybody who's finding this hard to follow) is that you look like you just stepped off the set of "Deadwood" (a good show on HBO about the wild west during the gold rush) and that, since you wear a sidearm, you look like you just might shoot Gene Chapman if he accuses you of tyranny, being a Communist, or any of the other crap he's flung at his other opponents. So you might want to read it again. Someone else made the cracks about your appearance, not me.
Unless you start wearing a toga like Gene Chapman does, you will not see me making cracks about your appearance. I don't care how people dress, as long as they don't wear togas just for attention. Then, I have a very big problem with it.
That being said, if you want to know what I personally think about your appearance, I'll tell you. I'm probably going to get a ration of shit about this at Quatloos, but I kind of like your look even though it's unusual. I used to live out in the Rockies - it was my favorite place to live - so the way you dress isn't at all surprising to me. By the way, the long hair works for you. My boyfriend has even longer hair than yours, incidentally. Some men can wear long hair, while most can't. As for your style of dress, it seems to fit your lifestyle and personality. So, I have no problem with the way you dress at all. I have been wondering, though, if the glass frames are genuine antiques, or if they just look like antiques.
Insofar as your presidential nomination chances, I'd vote for you long before I'd vote for Gene Chapman. I don't vote for people like Gene, who make me laugh just by existing. George W. Bush has the same effect on me, incidentally, and both are warmongers (which scares the living hell out of me, since Gene is a bigger warmonger than Dubya could ever be - he wants to nuke a 50-square-mile area every time somebody pisses him off).
So, in a nutshell, I don't have a problem with you or the way you dress. As far as I can tell, you are a true libertarian, and I respect that. If I did have a problem with you or the way you dress, you'd know it beyond any doubt whatsoever since I'm not exactly shy when it comes to speaking my mind.
I do kinda feel bad that you think I was making fun of you, though. That was not my intention.
The only reason you were brought up at all was in the vein of Gene Chapman running for President, since you are running as well. The point was that, while you don't have much chance of actually getting the nomination, you do have a much larger potential following than Gene has, given the number of people in your forum.
I wasn't upset about the comments. Sorry if I gave you that impression. Wow, we sure have a lot of misunderstandings, don't we? This is how even international wars get started. When the misunderstood speakers are warmongering hotheads, that is. Oh, and I must admit, that isn't a sidearm, that is my belt pouch with my wallet, a knife, and other odds and ends in it. The angle in the photo makes it hard to see. The deer skull was found on a hike and donated to the local nature center. Thanks.
Kent
Hi again, Kent. Thanks for clearing things up. I must admit, I was right when I got the impression that you're a nice guy. I also have to admit you're right, that kind of misunderstanding does indeed cause international wars when the involved parties are warmongering hothead. I get the impression that you're not a warmonging hothead, and I'm certainly not one. I feel the US should stay out of international affairs unless it directly affects our borders. Perhaps you should make a blog entry on that subject, as I'd be fascinated to read your thoughts on foreign affairs. What are your thoughts on Iraq?
I still feel bad about your thinking I was making the comments about the way you dress, though. With your permission, I will post your comments about the deer head and the belt pouch in the forum where my comment was originally left, to make sure everyone understands what you have explained to me.
I checked out your blog, and we agree on a lot of things. I left some comments there. It's a very interesting and well-written blog, so I'll keep an eye on it.
I tried to listen to your Gene Chapman audioblog, but I wasn't sure which one it was and didn't particularly want to listen to hours of Gene and Doug blathering on and on about nonsense. However, I am very interested in hearing what you had to say. Can you tell me the "episode number"?
It is episode #25. You can post my explanations about the skull and such. My thoughts on Iraq: It is wrong to invade a foreign country who is no immediate threat to us. Saddam was a monster; is US rule any better? We are still killing and enslaving (disarming) the Iraqis. War, except when actually defending your home, is wrong. So in that case, the Iraqis are justified in defending their home from foriegn invaders. Support the troops; bring them home alive TODAY.
Kent, it looks like you and I agree on a lot more things than I even imagined. I also agree with your views on Iraq and foreign policy.
I have bumper stickers which say:
"Support Our Troops. Bring Them Home Alive NOW!"
and
"War doesn't decide who's right, only who's left."
Clearly, we agree on this topic 100%.
I will post your explanations about the skull and such right now. Thanks for the permission to do so.
I listened to the audioblog between Kent and Gene. Kent makes a LOT more sense, and I was pretty impressed with his comments.
Thank you. ;)
If you can take it, listen to Gene's audioblog, Episode #24 and see the things he said about me before I was on the show.
I listened to Episode 24, thanks for telling me about it. I'm very sorry to hear that happened to you. Those two have a few screws loose, as you have probably ascertained.
I have no idea why Gene and Doug think people of normal intelligence want to listen to them blathering hatred and generalized nonsense for an hour at a time.
If you haven't read my blog about Gene yet, for your own sake please do so before you have any further contact with Gene or Doug. I realize it's long, but given your experience with them, you deserve to know the truth about Gene and his background. To say he has some problems is an understatement.
Doug Kenline has his own problems. He almost got sued by the New York Times for falsely accusing one of their Pulitzer Prize winning reporters of criminal conduct, during an audioblog on another site. Doug actually puts on a hat with a piece of paper stuck in the outer band, upon which he has handwritten the word "Press". He thinks that makes him a real journalist. Of course, all it really does is make him one of the biggest laughingstocks on the internet.
There are a number of people who think Gene is a wannabe cult leader, and that Doug is his biggest disciple. That includes not only people on the internet, but also people who actually know them. Explains a lot, doesn't it?
I note that Gene accused you of rigging the online poll. He accused you of that, because that's what he does. Gene does not have enough support to legitimately win an online poll. The guy is a joke, and an embarrassment to the Libertarian party.
Gene and Doug consider you a serious threat, whether they will admit it or not, and that's why they're taking all those cheap shots at you. It will backfire, though. They're just not smart enough to figure that out.
Before long, Gene will ask you to withdraw from the race, like he did with Dr. Phillies. He will tell everyone why he is superior to you, although in reality almost everything he says about his background is a provable lie. I just want you to be prepared for that eventuality, so you're not surprised when it happens.
Very interesting (but not too surprising) post. Thank you very much for the warning. Where is your other stuff posted about him? I really appreciate your comments and opinions. I hope I have not damaged your credibility too badly! LOL I suppose if asking friends to vote for me in the poll is "rigging the poll", then I am guilty. Is asking people to vote for me "rigging the election" too? I know you would not think so.
Kent
Eeek! I just thought about what I wrote to you and it sounded bad! I mean: I hope your credibilty hasn't been damaged because you and I have become friends online. Sorry for any confusion.
Kent
Hi, Kent! Nah, our becoming online friends won't damage my credibility one iota. I have friends (both online and offline) from every imaginable lifestyle, background, and viewpoint. Those who know me actually expect that kind of diversity. If anyone doesn't like it, that's their problem, not mine. LOL
You should seriously consider making another site on myspace. It's free also. People can subscribe to your site and even your blog, so they will automatically be notified when you post something new. You can send out mass notifications to others on myspace. It's just a lot more user-friendly, both for the blogger and for those who follow blogs. Blogger, on the other hand, is very basic blogging, and thus not good for a presidential campaign. You can post the same blog entries on blogger and myspace, with a simple cut and paste.
If you decide to make a myspace site, let me know so I can subscribe to it.
My Gene Chapman site is at www.chapmanforpresident.blogspot.com
I gave you some props on my anti-Gene site, incidentally, and pointed out what Gene and Doug did to you on the audioblogs. In fact, it gave me the excuse I needed to make a truly nasty comment about Gene.
Rigging the polls means for each person to cast more than one vote (or to bring in illegal votes). You're of course allowed to vote for yourself, and to ask others to vote for you, just like in a real election. So, no, you didn't rig it, and in fact it would be hard to do that since you can only vote once from each IP. However, as a truck driver Gene travels every single day, so he could easily rig it.
Incidentally, have you been watching Gene's blog? The guy wants to be a Dictator, for goodness' sake, and he comes right out and says that. He claims a (conveniently dead) economist suggested Gene become our "Benevolent Dictator", and he even throws the late Sonny Bono into his web of delusions. This is getting weirder by the minute. I have it all on my blog for easy access to information, since Gene and Doug post so much irrelevant crap on his blog.
Wow. I have been reading the other blog. A lot of that info I had already read, but you had some new things (scary things) on there. I may make a MySpace blog soon. This race is not my life, though, and I feel it is already demanding a lot of my time. It would be good to be able to "cut-and-paste" posts between the two.
Here is the MySpace blog: http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.ListAll&friendID=91139245 At least I hope it works...
Gene Chapman has done a lot of scary stuff, of that there is no doubt. That's why I made a blog about him; people have a right to know the truth about his background, now that he is running for public office.
Your new myspace blog is working fine. I sent you a myspace friend request. Your myspace addy is www.myspace.com/91139245 in case you need to send it to others.
You can change the numbers in the addy to your name at no charge, which will make it a lot easier to remember. Check out the options at the top; I think it's under profile.
I can understand why you don't want this campaign to take over your life. There are other things, after all, and we all need to keep a balance. :-)
I changed the address for the MySpace blog to:
http://blog.myspace.com/dullhawk
I think it is easier for me that way.
For judicial accountablility please see www.AmendmentE.com
If that fails; no worries. Judges can still be held accoutable by the masses.
**
USAjudges.com also makes the public aware of good judges.
HOW:
Transparency by database. USAjudges.com functions as follows:
1. Individuals create a short, free report on a particular judge.
Although this function serves the financially devastated, free
reports are not verified and as such may or may not be included in
later reports purchased on a particular judge.
2. Individuals create an extremely detailed, in-depth report on a
judge for a low $45.00 administrative fee. Reports will be verified
and included in later reports available for purchase on a particular
judge. To avoid retaliation, requests for anonymity are honored.
3. Individuals purchase a report on a judge, commissioner, judge pro
tem or magistrate. $150.00
WHO:
Who makes and purchases these reports? Attorneys, members of the
public. Judges.
Attorneys sent the first batch of court transcripts.
One attorney's report included a video clip from a local news crew
featuring a judge playing computer solitaire during a custody trial.
Coverage had been removed from the station's website and shelved
after a management change. Efforts made by the public to retrieve it
had been futile.
Some attorneys reporting merely sent multiple court transcripts.
One attorney's report included an original eleven page judicial
reprimand, since reduced to a one page "Summary" on that state's
website.
There's a lot of satisfaction derived from a $45.00 report. Or, as
one attorney we called to verify said,
"I felt so good you could have charged me double."
Unlike the state CJP, a report made at USAjudges.com includes the case
type, Country and the name of the judge complained. CJP reports only
release case type percentages.
http://cjp.ca.gov/2001%20statistics.htm
As such State reports are constructed in such a way the public is
prohibited from learning whether a
particular county has a particular or continuing, entrenched problem
with one or more jurists in a particular area of law.
http://cjp.ca.gov/2001privdisc.htm
But with USAjudges.com, both the area of law and county is immediately
visible. Thus entrenched problems in specific counties with specific
jurists are apparent.
Good government is Everyone's job. Everyone doing their part, means a
job well done, in light of the CJP abandonment of protecting the
public
from bad, to criminal, judges.
Those wanting good government know participation is the best choice.
Boomers rock on, just differently.

Last, consider why the one court the public most visits Isn't Covered by Any media. Or, when's the last time anyone had a beat reporter for family court?
Answer: Never.
Which explains why the public isn't aware...and why it's a good idea to retire the phrase, "watch dog press."
See www.FamilyLawCourts.com
Making domestic violence profitable.
http://www.FamilyLawCourts.com/domestic.html
Read every link on the page, which connects the dots between federal funding for police for programs that don't work; but which does provide police officers with bullet proof vests, while at the same time, legally allowing them Not to respond to calls from women asking for protection for the restraining orders the police recommended they get.
In a nutshell? It's about making misogyny profitable.
The site also explains (home page) why judges who act as sales reps for legal and therapy reports cause parents to wig out and kill each other and their kids.
http://www.FamilyLawCourts.com/kids.html
The Solution:
See a third party, work out a settlement and ask a judge to sign a Stipulation you've agreed to; thus making the State one's LAST stop when uncoupling, instead of the First.
Or go to court first; and invite the state to rule your financial (by ordering attorneys or evaluations) and emotional life, including when and where you can go on vacation until the kid reaches the age of majority.
Why not be smart about preserving your best assets? Your children.
I have no earthly idea why Bonnie decided to post the above. I think she's advertising something for sale, which normally would just piss me off.
That being said, Gene Chapman is a proponent of Amendment E, and also wants to do a ballot initiative to stop "slavery" by getting together with Stegmeier (the Amendment E guy).
So, while I consider this to be spam which was simply posted on my newest blog article, I figured I'd let it through anyway.
With regard to her comment about family court .... the media doesn't cover family court due to concerns for the privacy of children. Do you really want your kids' names splashed all over the news? I didn't think so. It's therefore an ethical consideration.
I'm not even going to comment about her statement concerning parents wigging out and killing each other and their children, simply because it's too sensationalistic for me to waste my time.
In the future, Bonnie, don't post here unless you have something substantive to say, and are not just selling services that people could do for themselves free.
Just to update everyone on Bonnie's weirdo comment about Amendment E (also known as Jail4Judges), it not only lost in the election, it was slaughtered. That's not a surprise to anyone with more than one functioning brain cell, though.
To keep this on-topic, Gene Chapman's support actually helped defeat it. Once a couple of anti-Amendment E bloggers picked up on Gene's support and highlighted his weirdness - which was then picked up by the mainstream press - it was doomed. The guy promoting the Amendment, Bill Stegmeier, tried to separate himself from Gene, but the damage was already done.
Gene had also supported the marijuana decriminalization amendment in Colorado. It, too, was defeated.
I'm beginning to wonder if Gene's support is the kiss of death in politics. LOL
